1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 6z777 website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 6z777 and is made available to eligible users in Bangladesh and selected other jurisdictions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 6z777. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

6z777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2 Eligibility

Access to the 6z777 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 6z777 conducts verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. 6z777 will permanently close any account found to be held by a person under 21.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have an active self-exclusion in force through any responsible gaming scheme that covers 6z777.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each account must be operated solely by the registered account holder for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 6z777 or any of its software or game providers.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming on the 6z777 Platform, you must register a single personal account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. 6z777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any related bets or winnings, and retain deposited funds pending investigation.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 6z777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

6z777 operates a single-account policy. If more than one account is detected per household or shared device, 6z777 reserves the right to review and, where appropriate, merge or close the additional accounts. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 6z777 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 6z777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available in Bangladesh:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via these services are credited to your 6z777 account balance within minutes of confirmation.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the cashier page of your 6z777 account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit, or to a method verified in your name during KYC. 6z777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

6z777 processes approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days. Actual delivery times depend on the processing times of your chosen payment provider. 6z777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank holidays, or technical outages beyond its control.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6z777 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account subject to a wagering requirement stated in the individual promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal request will be accepted.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

6 Responsible Gaming

6z777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible from within your account dashboard immediately after login:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, a limit can only be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6z777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform, influence game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting strategies designed to exploit promotion terms.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity. 6z777 will report any such activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account. Each registered player is entitled to one account only, and accounts are non-transferable.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or loopholes in game mechanics or Platform functionality. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.

6z777 employs advanced fraud detection technology. Accounts flagged by the system are subject to enhanced review. During any such review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the investigation. 6z777's determination in matters of prohibited conduct is final.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6z777 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 6z777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 6z777.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6z777 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, game errors, or any interruption of service.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from changes to game rules, withdrawal limits, bonus terms, or Platform features implemented in accordance with these Terms.

10 Amendments to These Terms

6z777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 6z777 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance by contacting [email protected].

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 6z777, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within five business days. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. Nothing in this clause limits 6z777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
